Black Friday FAQ

When does the sale start + end?

Our Black Friday Sale will be running from 24th of November through to the 29th of November.

 

How will I know what’s on sale?

EVERYTHING on site will be on sale ranging from 15% off to 60% off. We will email a preview of this closer to the launch. However please note that gift cards are excluded from the sale.

Where will I find the discount code?

No discount code is needed! All discounts are pre-applied on our website. 

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

 

Orders placed with CSB are non refundable, however, your item(s) may be exchanged for a different product or Store Credit within 60 days of receiving your order. If you purchase items discounted 40% or more, they are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

 

Due to the volume of orders we receive during our Sale, we are unable to guarantee we can change or cancel your order after it is placed. Make sure to double-check your order and shipping address (and the one linked to your PayPal/AfterPay) before checking out.

Can I apply the discount to a previous order?

Sale discounts cannot be applied to orders made before or after the Black Friday Sale.

 

Can I use other discount and promotion codes during the sale?

 

All prices will be as marked during the sale which means no further discount codes can be applied with the exception of Loyalty Vouchers.

How much is shipping?

All orders over $99AUD will receive free standard shipping!

How long will it take to ship my order?

If you have purchased on or after the 24th of November, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. Our team is working hard to get all orders out ASAP, thank you for your patience!

Are my items held in the cart for me as I shop?

Your items will not be held for you in the cart as you shop, only once paid will your order be confirmed. If an item sells out in your cart prior to checking out, we will be unable to assist you with a replacement. We recommend planning what you would like to buy prior to the Sale to be ready and avoid missing out.

Will you be restocking any styles during the sale?

We will be restocking some of our core Black styles for this sale as well as some new pieces! There will be no restocks during our Black Friday Sale. Get in quickly before these styles sell out!

Can I buy a gift card during the sale?

Yes! Gift cards will be available to purchase during the CSB Black Friday sale, however, will not be offered at a discounted rate. 

 

What is the shipping cut off to receive the order in time for Christmas?

 

Please see below for the last date your order should be placed if you wish to receive your CSB in time for Christmas. Please note these cut offs are exclusive of customs delays.
