What are the trading hours?

We will be trading between Friday 1st December, 9-5pm, Saturday 2nd December 9-5pm & Sunday 3rd December, 9-4pm.

Will there be parking available?

On-street parking is available around South Yarra, but be aware that many parking spots are paid and time-restricted. If you do use on-street parking, check the signs to make sure the spot isn’t limited to permit holders. For cheap parking you can head to Como Park, South Yarra where we offer casual parking for as little as $1/ hour. Just around the corner is the Como Centre, located at 650 Chapel Street which is only a 9 minute walk to our pop up.

What payment methods will be available?

Shop with confidence with EFTPOS and Afterpay available, we are unable to accept cash at the store so please ensure to bring your EFTPOS or credit card or use your Apple or Google pay at the counter.

Can I use my CSB rewards at the pop up?

CSB Rewards members can redeem points for exclusive discounts and CSB gift cards are also accepted. We recommend signing up here (link) to access your unique barcode, ready to scan when you get to the counter and easily match your purchase with your name and email address to redeem and earn CSB points.

How will returns work?

All purchases made at the pop-up will be eligible for FREE returns, this includes refunds, store credit and Exchanges to make returns a breeze. Please know we are unable to accept online orders for return at our pop-up and these will need to be returned via our online portal. Make sure you present your unique barcode in your CSB account at the counter to ensure this purchase is added to your CSB order history.
