The light-to-moderate compression holds you in without feeling tight, and the breathable fabric makes it comfortable for heated workouts, cardio, and weight training. The super-cropped length is worth noting — if you want more coverage, you might want to layer it over a tank, but for gym sessions and high-waist leggings, the crop hits perfectly. The removable padding with inbuilt bra is a great feature for customisation. One important note: this top runs slightly small, especially in the arms — I'd recommend sizing up if you're between sizes.
