CSB Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern Crop Shop Boutique (“CSB Loyalty Program”), and members of the program will earn points in connection with the purchase of qualifying online products and online activities that are redeemable towards the purchase of certain offers online.

SECTION 1 - MEMBERSHIP

No purchase is necessary to obtain Member level in the CSB Rewards Loyalty Program, but you must establish an account at https://au.shopcsb.com/#status . Please see our privacy policy, located at https://www.shopcsb.com/pages/privacy-policy, to understand how information you provide us will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for the CSB Loyalty Program, create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, and the general website Terms and Conditions: https://au.shopcsb.com/pages/terms-conditions

Confirm your email address by clicking on the confirmation email sent. 

 

SECTION 4 - HOW TO ACCESS/CHANGE MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

You must keep your personal information on your Account up-to-date. To do so, click on the "Profile" tab found at the bottom of the account pop up, here you can update your Name and address. You will be unable to change the email your account is registered to, if you wish to do so please email info@csb.com. From your dashboard you can access your current reward level; review your current and past orders; change your profile; manage your subscriptions; and access your previous purchases.

You can view your current Points balance and available rewards once logged in via the CSB Rewards landing page. You can also add in your birthday details on the landing page, linked here https://au.shopcsb.com/#status 

 

SECTION 5 - EARNING POINTS

Members can earn points by signing up for a customer account, purchasing products, referrals or leaving a review on products ordered via au.shopcsb.com.

You will not earn points for shipping fees, GST or purchases of gift cards.

Points expire 12 months after inactivity, which includes not logging in and earning points, redeeming points or placing an order. 

Earning Events: 

As of June 2024, our CSB Rewards tiers are based on a 12-month rolling spend. The timer is activated once a tier is entered. This means that once you enter a tier, you will be in that tier one year from the date you earned it. To maintain the tier, keep interacting with the program and shopping to the value of the tier entry threshold. For example, this entry threshold is a minimum of $1 spent each year for Level 1, and $350 each year for Level 2.

Level 3 (APAC: $1,100 AUD - $2,199 AUD):

Please note, Birthday rewards have expiry dates and minimum spends as specified above. These codes cannot be used in conjunction with other codes and discounts.

Leave Review (ALL - limit 10 reviews per 30 days)

  • 100 Points for every approved written review 
  • 150 Points for every approved review with a photo attached
  • 200 Points for every approved review with a video attached

Customers must follow the review request email to leave reviews and earn points.  Review requests expire after 6 months of purchase, any reviews placed after this time are not eligible for points.  Points cannot be awarded to purchases made outside of CSB's website.

Points for photos and video attachments will be manually approved and must accurately show the product purchased and being reviewed to be rewarded.

Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. 

 

SECTION 6 - SPENDING POINTS

Points must be redeemed in increments outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 

The minimum purchase for which points will apply is $10.00. Points may only be used online at www.shopcsb.com.

Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a product or to receive a product for free based on the following scale: 

500 points = $10.00 AUD OFF

Varied Points Amounts = Free Gifts

Points can be redeemed once logged in via the CSB Rewards page here. When a minimum balance of 500 points has been earned, members can spend these points in exchange for a discount code. If a member has a balance of more than 500 points, they can use the slider provided to adjust the value of the discount code by choosing to spend more points. For example, if 1000 points exist, the member can use the slider to select and spend 1000 points, which will generate a discount code for $20 AUD (using the 500 Points = $10 AUD OFF exchange rate). The highest redemption value is 5000 points = $100 AUD in one order and cannot exceed this value.

Important: Discount codes generated through the CSB Loyalty Program & Birthday codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. 

 

SECTION 7 - RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. Points cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. If a return/cancellation will cause your account to have a negative point balance, you will not begin earning points again until your points balance is returned to zero (0), by making purchases, or engaging in other promotional activities offered from time to time. Rewards used on an order that is cancelled (before the item ships or a label has been printed) may request those rewards be applied back to your rewards account. If your item has begun the shipping process, rewards cannot be reapplied. 

 

SECTION 8 - REFERRAL PROGRAM

Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions
As a rewards member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to CSB Terms of Use and CSB Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for CSB referral program. Details below.

Referrer: Only CSB rewards members can refer a friend


Friend (that’s the person being referred): Friends, however, must be new customers and must use the referral code for their first purchase for it to count as a referral. Only once the Friend’s order has been shipped, will your account be issued with the referral points.

Eligibility is limited to individuals only. CSB referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in CSB sole discretion.

No Spam: You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Crop Shop Boutique referral program.

Right to Close Accounts: CSB reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Friend and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Friend attempts to use the CSB referral program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Current Referral Offers & Rewards:

Referee offer is $20 AUD off any purchase of $99 AUD.

Referrer reward is 1,000 points upon successful shipment of referee first order.


Referral Codes:

Please note that referral purchases and redemptions are only valid in places where CSB currently ships.

Please note the cost of shipping is not included in the rewards discount.

This code cannot be combined with any other offers.

Multiple codes: Each referral code is single-use and can be used for one purchase.

Rewards expire at 11:59 PM UTC, 6 months after being issued

Referral code requires a minimum spend of $99 AUD.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: CSB reserves the right to end, pause, or disable the program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Referral discounts earned before CSB ends/pauses/disables will be valid as usual until expiry date, but once the program is on hold, there will be no discount for the referred or referee reward.

SECTION 9 - GENERAL

By creating an account at www.shopcsb.com and joining the CSB Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may be associated with the CSB Loyalty Program. CSB reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or restrict the CSB Loyalty Program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. CSB may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's points balance, as reflected in CSB’s records, shall be deemed correct. CSB reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on CSB’s internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and CSB’s internal records, CSB’s internal records will prevail. CSB assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. All transactions involving points and all Member accounts are subject to review and verification by CSB. The points balance in a Member's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review. CSB may revoke any Member's membership in the CSB Loyalty Program at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the CSB Loyalty Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other CSB’s program, present or future. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of CSB. SECTION 10 - PROMOTIONS & GIVEAWAYS

The Terms and Conditions of our CSB Loyalty Program are subject to change at CSB’s sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon customer’s at-will termination of their CSB.com registered account, or if a customer is termination for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. Crop Shop Boutique will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all registered qualifying CSB.com customers, but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
