By participating in the Crop Shop Boutique (“CSB”) Rachel Dillon Giveaway: The Rehearsal Collection (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Crop Shop Boutique Pty Ltd and Crop Shop Boutique LLC (collectively, “CSB” or the “Sponsor”).

All prizes are provided by CSB.

2. Eligibility

  • The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees of CSB, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Entrants must reside in a country to which CSB is able to ship. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for applicable shipping restrictions.
  • CSB reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility at any time.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway opens on 28 August 2026 at 8:00 PM AEST and closes on 30 August 2026 at 8:00 PM AEST (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter during the Giveaway Period, participants must complete all of the following:

  1. Follow both @csb and @racheljdillon on Instagram.
  2. Like the official Giveaway post.
  3. Tag at least one friend in the comments of the official Giveaway post.

Each eligible participant may submit multiple entries, with each unique comment counting as one additional entry. To be eligible, each comment must tag at least one friend and otherwise meet all entry requirements.

Entries must be made by the individual entering the Giveaway. Entries submitted on behalf of another person, or through automated or third-party services, will not be accepted.

5. Prize

1 x winner will receive the entire CSB The Rehearsal Collection.

The prize is subject to available stock and applicable size availability. The winner will be required to provide their preferred sizes within the available range.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another product, except at CSB’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The winner will be announced on 31 August 2026 and contacted directly by the official @csb Instagram account.

CSB will never ask the winner to provide payment details or purchase anything in order to claim their prize.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, CSB reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

7. General Conditions

By entering the Giveaway, participants:

  • Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements.
  • Confirm that their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.

CSB reserves the right to:

  • Verify the validity of any entry and an entrant’s eligibility.
  • Disqualify any entrant who provides false information, tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent or automated methods, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  • Cancel, suspend, withdraw, or modify the Giveaway where necessary due to technical issues, fraud, circumstances beyond CSB’s reasonable control, or where required by law.
  • Substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond CSB’s reasonable control.

The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSB is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, platform failures, or other circumstances that prevent or delay entry submission.
  • Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or communications.
  • Delays or issues relating to prize fulfilment or delivery.
  • Any taxes, duties, fees, or additional costs incurred by the winner in connection with accepting or receiving the prize, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.

9. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta bear no responsibility for the administration or conduct of this Giveaway.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy.

Where a participant has separately provided consent to receive marketing communications, their information may also be used for future marketing purposes in accordance with CSB’s Privacy Policy.
