Our fabrics are developed in different weights to support different levels of coverage, support, and movement.

Lightweight fabrics are designed to feel soft and second-skin, ideal for low-intensity and everyday wear, where breathability and ease of movement are key.

Mid-weight fabrics offer a balanced feel, combining softness with moderate compression for versatile studio-to-street wear.

Heavier-weight fabrics provide a more supportive, sculpting feel with enhanced coverage and stability, making them ideal for higher-support styles and training.

Each CSB piece is designed with its fabric weight in mind, so you can choose based on your preferred feel, level of support, and intended movement.

To help keep your CSB pieces looking and performing their best, we recommend following the care guidelines below. These steps are designed to protect the fabric, maintain shape retention, and extend the life of your garments.

• Wash garments prior to wear, inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle. This helps preserve colour, elasticity, and fabric integrity over time.
• Use a laundry bag for added protection, particularly for bras, crops, and fabrics with a brushed surface.
• Avoid washing with abrasive fabrics such as towels, denim, or items with zips and Velcro, as these can cause pilling or surface damage.
• Remove any padding before washing to help maintain shape and prevent misshaping.
• Do not use fabric softener, as it can impact the performance properties of the fabric.
• Avoid wringing or twisting garments to remove excess water, as this can stretch or damage fibres.
• Reshape and air dry only. Do not tumble dry, as heat can reduce elasticity and affect fit.
• Dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight, to help prevent fading or colour change.
• Do not soak garments for extended periods.
• Wash with similar colours to avoid colour transfer, especially when mixing light and dark items.
• Do not bleach, dry clean or iron garments

Each CSB piece may have specific care requirements depending on the fabric and construction. Always refer to the individual care label inside your garment for the most accurate guidance.

Form and Fade fabrics are designed for a smooth, sculpting feel with a focus on everyday movement and studio-based training.

While they’re suitable for a range of workouts, we recommend avoiding prolonged high-friction activities where the fabric may repeatedly rub against anything, such as equipment or rough surfaces (such as barbells, benches, bands or floor work).

This helps maintain the fabric’s elevated finish and reduces the likelihood of pilling or surface wear over time.

For best care, we recommend Form and Fade styles for Pilates, studio sessions, lower-impact movement and everyday comfort where they can perform and hold their shape beautifully.

Slight differences in fabric feel can occur across colours due to the unique dyeing processes used to achieve each shade. These variations may subtly affect hand feel, stretch, and coverage.

We test all fabrics both in-house and throughout production to ensure they meet our performance standards and maintain a consistent, premium finish across every piece.
