I personally wear it on lighter workout days without a lot of jumping or high-impact movements. Even so, it’s really flattering and I’m very happy with it."

The shipping was fastest and i loved that, TWO THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND is the pads are visible in sunlight which may be uncomfortable some of yall, i took the pads off of mine, and also make sure to order 1 size bigger than you are cause it is called MICRO for a reason lol!"
